The 90-day execution sprint

The strategist who stays until it works.

Most advisers hand over a plan and leave. We diagnose in two weeks, then spend thirteen in your business making the plan happen. Part of our fee rides on the result.

  • Senior only. The person who scopes the work does the work.
  • Fixed scope.Price and deliverables agreed before day 1.
  • On site.Your floor, your ops office, your weekly meeting.

Or work out what your margin leak costs you in sixty seconds.  ·  Founding-client terms: 5 of 5 places open.

The 90-day sprint clockA clock face of thirteen weekly segments covering ninety days. A two-week diagnostic runs before day one. Days one to seven define and design the plan, weeks two to twelve deploy it on site, a mid-sprint review falls on day 45, and day 90 is handover.W1W2W3W4W5W6W7W8W9W10W11W12W1390DAYS ON SITEDAYS 1–7: DEFINE, DESIGNDAY 90: HANDOVERDAY 45: MID-SPRINT REVIEWDIAGNOSE2 weeks beforeDEPLOY: WEEKS 2–12

Diagnosis to handover, in order.

Every sprint runs on the same clock. You know on day 1 what happens on day 45 and what you hold on day 90.

  1. Before day 1

    Diagnose

Two weeks. Site walk, interviews, three years of financials against sector benchmarks. You get a scorecard and a priority issue map.

  2. Days 1–3

    Define

Three to five objectives, each with a metric, an owner and a date. Agreed on one page with your leadership team, not presented to it.

  3. Days 4–7

    Design

A thirteen-week plan tested against the people and money you actually have. The Sprint Board goes on the ops-office wall.

  4. Weeks 2–12

    Deploy

A weekly accountability meeting chaired by us. A live tracker your team updates. Blockers go to the MD or board, not into a parking lot.

  5. Day 45

    Mid-sprint review

What is on track, what is stuck, what we cut. Decided in the room, in writing.

  6. Day 90

    Handover

Sprint Close Report against the original objectives. The outcome-linked part of the fee is assessed. The cadence is yours.

Four layers. Prices on the page.

Start with a diagnostic priced to be an easy yes. Everything else follows from what it finds. All prices AUD, excluding GST.

Why it works

Days, not twelve months

Short enough to hold urgency. Long enough to show something real. In our experience, most twelve-month plans have stalled by week six.

2

Sectors. We say no to the rest.

Mining services, and metal fabrication and industrial manufacturing. Your problems are not new to us.

Fee

Part of it at risk

On every sprint, a component is tied to whether the change happened. The measure is written down before we start.

The arithmetic is short.

On a AU$20M business, a quarter of a point of margin pays for the whole sprint. Everything after that is yours.

AU$200k

One point of margin on AU$20M revenue, every year.

AU$45k

The top of the 90-Day Sprint range, ex GST.

0.23 pts

What the sprint has to recover to pay for itself.
