Why I started Nexus.
I've worked with a lot of business owners who were technically brilliant, had great contacts and did the basics well. Then the business got bigger. More people, more customers, more things to juggle and keep track of. That's where the focus went, and with it, the value of the business.
I've spent thirty years in business: ten in manufacturing and fifteen in mining, in COO, CFO and Head of Strategy roles. I know how to break a business down to what matters and what actually delivers value, and how to get an owner to where they're heading.
Most of those owners didn't need another plan; they needed a senior person who would scope the change and then stay on site until it worked, which is the only thing Nexus Strategic Partners does.
I'm based in Australia, and I work wherever my clients are.
